                              Job Description---Marketing & Sales Manager (Specialty)---located in Kunshan

                               

                              1. Purpose of Position

                               

                              Overall responsible for the marketing & sales of specialty closures in China market and co-ordinate and monitor the Regional Sales Managers in their effort to promote the sales of specialty closures

                               

                              1. Job Description

                               

                                1. Formulating marketing & sales strategies to increase the sales of specialty closures.
                                2. Monitor and co-ordinate the performance of the Regional Sales Managers in the sales of specialty closures.
                                3. Be responsible for the gathering of latest information relevant to the

                              business, information of competitors,  customers and to analyze market trends.

                                1. Maintain close contact with customers to understand their needs and provide prompt and effective services to customer.
                                2. Develop new markets, source for new customers and penetrate into

                              competitors’ markets.

                                1. Promote and market new products to customers.

                              7.   Liaise closely with Logistics, Production, Technical/QA departments to promptly respond to customer needs and requirements.

                              8.      Assist the Marketing & Sales Director to set sales targets.

                              9.  Negotiate price, quantity of purchase, delivery date and other terms and conditions with customers and close deals in consultation with theMarketing & Sales Director/General Manager.

                              10. Ensure payment made by customer before due date.

                              11. Source for strategic partnership with plastic bottle manufacturers.

                              12. Carry out other assignments by the Marketing & Sales Director and the General Manager.

                               

                                 C. Qualification & Experience of Candidate:

                               

                              1.      University Degree holder majors in Engineering aged between 35 to 45.

                              2.   At least 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years as Sales Manager in closures; preference be given to  candidate with plastics closures experience.

                              3.      Candidate must have pleasant personality, good inter-personal and communication/presentation skills. Good leadership abilities and can work under pressure.

                              4.      Proficient in office software and fluent in written and spoken English.

                              5.   Candidate must be willing to live and work in Kunshan. Possession of a driving license is a plus.

                              Note: Specialty closures are for products such as edible oil, lubricant, agro-

                                        chemical,etc.
